subwoofer picking up on engline noise?

i had a mono amp and subwoofer installed by best buy a few weeks ago and the other day i noticed my subwoofer was playing noise from my engline then it stoped for a few days and just came back. any idea what this is from? thanks

take it back to them and tell them to install it properly. could be a bad ground, could be your RCAs running along side power wires, could be the amp...
