Next week I'm getting a 1991 S10 Blazer 4x4 with a 4.3l under the hood. I'm just wondering what everyones take on these vehicles are. I've loved them for a long time and now I'm finally getting one. Plus its a 2 door which makes it even better at least for me. I have plans to use it this winter instead of the Camaro and I want to take it off road and see what it can do. I already know its a good street vehicle because I drove it, but I've never taken it off road.


I'm getting it for $1200 on Wednesday and its got new front inner and outer fenders and a new passenger side rear quarter and part of the drivers side replaced too. Its got new brakes and cv axles and decent tires. It also has a new water pump and steering column. The only thing that it needs is a new speed sensor but that should be easy already having experience with a 700-R4 from my Camaro. I'm really excited to finally be getting a Blazer! I can't wait for it! I just want to know what this things off road limits are.

I can only speak for the 2nd gen Blazers but they're all great. Gotta own one to love one! Once you've got it you'll see what I mean.
