Audio/Video Electronics Wired up? If you have some sort of A/V modification let's hear about it here. Discussion of stock electrical problems should be done in the 'Lighting & Electrical' section.

Default total newbie question

i have a 03 blazer 4 door with the 6 disc changer, not bose sound tho. My girlfriend has a 07 Chevy impala ss, why this is important is because her sound system sounds a million times better. I know that it is 4 years newer and not even a blazer. My question is I know you can upgrade speakers, but to get a higher sound quality like hers or even better, would i change out all the wiring also, or would the stock wires with upgraded speakers achieve this? Also would adding an amp to power all the speakers help? I have a Kenwood KDC-519 deck that i would like to use also. I know this may seem like stupid questions to most, but looking for some help to get me a direction of figuring out what i want to do. Thanx!
Ron

you can use your factory wiring without any issues. and most aftermarket speakers will give you a noticable difference of stock. Even more if you want to amp them.
