RE: New system! Pics...
Dont just paint over the cone of the woofers. it will add weight to the woofer itself and can contribute to suspension sag.

Wow, those are some gnarly looking cones, heheh...You need to get some dustcaps man, having the pole piece exposed is a good way to have horrible sound and possible malfunctions if something were to find its way into that hole. Secondly, if you havent allready it would be a good idea to disable the horn mids and tweeters. That way they arent robbing power from your subs. And last but certainly not least, You might want to invest some time and money into constructing a new enclosure...
EDIT:
5" Poly Dustcap
5" is the biggest they carry, should be enough to cover those ugly glue marks from the original dustcaps...

Haha I warned yall they were rough lookin...I think my buddy has the other dustcaps, should I glue them back on or just get new ones? That box is sturdy though, just needs refinished. Ill probably do that when it warms upin thespring or summer

RE: New system! Pics...
do the dustcaps first!
cause at this point you can get dirt/debris in between the pole and the voice coil and will then rub. Which will in turn blow your woofers.

Ok, what kind of glue should I put them back on with?

RE: New system! Pics...
a light coating of a rubberized sealant/glue should work.
