i have a 00 bravada, its got the bose stereo that has the cd/cassate player. looking to get a new stereo, and was thinking about the Sony WX-GT77UI. heres my question, is my dash opening for a double din, or is it a didn and a half? also, what kind of installation kit would this particular stereo need?

Your dash will only fit a single din, unless you modify it to fit the bigger 2din.

As for head unit, its really just a personal preference on what brAnd but, at the same tme the head unit is really the heart of a system, meaning your system is only as good as your head unit.

For a install kit, check schose dash kits for your specific and don't forget the wiring harness
