Greetings All,
Well, I'm new to the forum and my 1999 Blazer, but I'll share my audio system that's currently being installed:
Alpine CDA9813 Head Unit
Alpine PXAH700 Processor
Kicker SS 6" Components (custom kick panels)
Kicker SS Tweeters (custom A-Pillars)
Kicker SS Midbass 8's for the Doors
Kicker L7 12" Sub (custom enclosure replacing the jack area)
Kicker SX9004 4-channel Amp
Kicker SX6002 2-channel Amp
Kicker SX6501 Mono Amp
Kicker SX Amplifier Controller
This is a pretty tall order, but once completed, the system will be used in Competition in either the Pro-Street or Expert-Street category.
Thanks for the forum and I'm sure I'll have some questions regarding various aspects of the install

I have a pioneer cd player and a set of sweet stock paper cone speakers with the surround blown completely out. It's on my to-do list.....

The Mind, the key to a good sponsorship, is all the same products, and don't shoot for a store, go direct to the manufacturer. This way, your sponsorship will be more benificial to you. I have :
ECLIPSE 8012 HEAD UNIT W/7.2" FOLD OUT SCREEN
ECLIPSE 5-1/4" SEPARATES IN FRONT (CUSTOM PODS)
ECLIPSE 6.5" COAX'S IN REAR (CUSTOM PODS)
2 12" ECLIPSE ALLUMINUM SUBS IN CUSTOM FIBERGLASS ENCLOSURE
2000 WATT ECLIPSE DIGITAL SUB AMP
1000 WATT ECLIPSE DIGITAL 4 CHANNEL SURROUND AMP
ALSO, CHECK OUT CARSPONSORSHIPS.COM THEY ARE WORTH LOOKING INTO...TRUST ME
Audiophyle, that sounds like a sweet setup... good luck with the competitions!!

Thats why sponsorships are so cool... you can be broke and poor, someone else is just footing the bill. I have over $12,000 in electronic goodies in my beast, which cost me just under $3,000. that was a partial sponsorship, sometimes you can get full sponsorships, and they pay everything. The only drawback is that you show when and where they tell you to...no questions asked.

WOW... that car is sick. Is your sister single, because I just fell in love with her. The fourth gen camaro is by far my favorite, I had a 1997 30th anniversary SS, black on black, and then some evil guy came and stole her from me [sm=boohoo.gif]
