well if you all give me a good set up as far as head unit and components go i will probably just order it. im thinking about around 200 for head unit and something around 150 for speakers. maybe something edesignaudio for the speakers but it really doesnt matter as long as they are pretty decent.
also, i will need an amp that will be able to power this plus subs when i get them.

Get any model Alpine, JVC, Pioneer or Eclipse Deck that you like and has the features that you want (mp3, remote, bluetooth).
For components, just go ahead and get the ed6000s, awesome speakers for the price. you should probably go with two seperate amps for your system, say, the Kicker zx350 or the 250, and then get another amp when you want to add subs.

My advice, don't get in a rush and buy whatever you can afford. If you have too, save up, buy one thing at a time, ...ect. I personally like the Infinity Kappa speakers, and TREO Engineering subwoofers. I run a Phoenix Gold 4 channel amp for my main speakers and a MMATS amp for my subs. I say listen too a few and see what you like.Headunit ?? I really like my Clarion DXZ 945MP

Before I give any suggestions I would like to know if you plan on running your new speakers off of the new deck or off of an external amp. If you plan on running it off of your deck you should try to match up the rms values same with if you ran it off an external amp. The best systems are the ones you plan out before hand. It might take a year to complete but you should plan it all ahead of time. Alpine decks are nice I prefer eclipse but I have run a couple of panasonic refurb decks from ebay and I never had a problem with any of the three of them. Also remeber that it isn't neccesary to do your whole system under one brand!

That 9883 deck looks really nice, and the price seems really good...
