it wasnt sand, it was concrete mix. And NO, DO NOT DO THIS. no matter what type of enclosure you build, air will be moving (sometimes quite violently) inside the enclosure. if you put any kind of loose mixture inside, it will creat a dust storm - clogging your subwoofer. Reme was a retard for showing that on TV. Its people like him that prove you dont have to know what you are doing to make good money. All you have to do is find the right people that can hook you up.
