Thanks a lot man! Coming from someone as versed in Blazers as you it means a lot.

And here we go with rock light pictures. They aren't much different from the original ones, but you can tell the rear is lit up more.

I also have a few things planned to get done before the end of summer so stay tuned for that

Well, this wasn't what I meant by plans for the end of summer, but since my alternator decided to start going out on me I figured I'd get an upgrade. I got a 130 amp alternator for a 01 Tahoe and it fit perfectly, as stated by other members of the forum. I also had to get a longer belt. I got it at Advance Auto Parts and the part number was 5060968 for anyone looking to do the same thing I did. It all totaled to around $175 without the core charge and with my employee discount I got it for $138 And I have to say, it looks pretty darn good

Oh and I measured my battery voltage with the new alternator and with the car idling around 500 RPM but nothing on it was at 14.5 volts and with the car idling with everything on (light bars, rock lights, radio turned up, A/C on full blast, bright lights on) it was still at 14.3 volts so I have to say I'm pretty happy with it.

I got a DR44G alternator and with my Efans, and lights on it went from 11.5 with my old alternator to 14.4 with the new one.

Yeah, I forgot to measure my old one before I put this one on, but the problem with the old one was that it wasn't giving consistent power so I'm not sure the readings would've been good anyway.

A guy I watch on youtube who does little tips and tricks for maintaining and upgrading cars did a give away this past week and I ended up being the lucky winner! I'm going to keep it a surprise until I get it in. If y'all are interested in the guy's channel, search ChrisFix on youtube and you should see his videos.

I got my prize in the mail yesterday and I'm so excited. For anyone that's been wondering what it was, here's ya go...

Yes, that's right. I won myself a 50" led light bar!! I'm working on ways to attach it right now so I should have it mounted before the weekend is over. I hooked it up to a jumper box to get an idea of how bright it is and it will light up a room in the middle of day. I love it!
