Nice!!! The more I'm seeing everyone's body lift, the more I want to get mine done lol... but moving and gotta get the blazer done before I can continue on to the next one lol

Thanks! Haha I mean it kinda looks like the blazer should have come with it stock lol. It drives exactly the same just a lot less body roll and feels firmer with the new body mounts
So I drove the blazer to work and back this morning, no issues with it starting again or any codes. Got home and took out the throttle body to inspect it, it was quite gummed up especially in the iac valve chamber, the iac valve was all black and gummed up. Cleaned it all up and threw a new iac valve in it and it is now noticeably stronger at idle and feels much better sitting in the driver seat. Hopefully this fixes the problem.
So the basket came in today! Going to put it on tomorrow hopefully, planning to put the lifted shackles on Wednesday afternoon and possibly Thursday depending on how it goes and also crank the t bars. I’m in for an alignment Friday morning and they are gonna mount and balance my new tires and rims at the same time. If all goes well it’s scheduled to be a new truck by the weekend!
Nice!!! I wanted a basket like that, but when the kids grew out of their bunk bed, I saw an opportunity... hopefully get to it soon lol...
Yeah the baskets are expensiveee I was planning on building my own but then I found this one on Amazon for only $300 Canadian and decided to just get it because it would have costed around the same to build in materials. I guess only time will tell how it holds up!
So… I was under the impression that to change the shackles I would just jack up the blazer and take the old ones out and slide the new ones in. I didn’t know I had to remove the gas tank! I guess we will see how this goes. I’m going to remove the side rear bumper things and get to it with my air hammer hopefully that works to free the bolts once the gas tank is out of the way. I don’t have new bolts or bushings so I’m hoping I can reuse both of those
