Default 1992 K5 Blazer Build

Starting a build thread over on GMT 400 so thought I would start one here as well. This won't be a fast build as it is now a daily driver and I can only work on it as the funds become available. I bought this Blazer about 6 months ago. I had sat in a barn for 5 to 6 years. Did a complete fluid change on all of them, full tune up and now it runs great! Full front end rebuild was done as well. I have now started on all the cosmetics. This is what it looked like when I got it.

Default Gutted Interior

I gutted the whole interior, from headliner to dash. Added new carpet, new dash overlay, nice used seats.

Nice! What material did you use for the headliner, did you redo it yourself or find a good condition used one?

Honestly, not sure what exactly the material is. It's headliner by the yard from eBay. The color is spot on. My wife and I did it. If you look close you can see a couple of bumps. It's not perfect, but it is a million times better than it was.

Painted the hood over the weekend and wet sanded truck and cut and buffed. Also painted the side mirrors.

Looks great. Ive always liked the full size blazer in that body style. Only thing I wish is that it had a removable top.
