1993 S-10 Blazer 4X4
Yeah - the buggers rust from inside out sometimes.
Front fenders have a reinforcement sheet point welded in.
Doors tend to rust from inside at the bottom where the sheetmetal is plied around
A pillars on the lower side as well.

He is doing a nice repair.
My 1994 has a slight rust coating inside the A-pillars. Have yet to devise a way how to cope with that but most probably a 3/4" hole somewhere to access with the wax spray-gun.

What is the engine RPO?
The blazers show VORTEC on the valve covers from about 93 onwards.
But they are not the "vortec" performance heads with the kidney shaped combustion chambers everybody likes to refer to as VORTEC, except the enginge has been replaced by a more recent one.
Therefore interesting to have a look at the Engine numbers and the RPO tag. (Could be on the belt tensioner).

Actually just got it home yesterday, pouring rain in the middle of the night. Hopefully my dad didn't trash the transmission by pulling it up on the ramps in park, but if AutoZone has the parts I need, and I can disable the alarm I will drive it off the trailer today! (hopefully)
