Gio had it right, Running at 12v. each LED is running at their forward voltage which is 2.5v, at 70mA per LED

I was kidding about the bright enough btw LOL, its lighting up street signs a half a block away with the running lights, a block with the brakes, everyone in the cars behind the truck at stop lights are glowing red in their car, they light up the road like red fog lights.

ahh, i didnt catch that, each led is running at 70mA with that being said... 2.5v per LED.
