Rear end and related parts are cleaned and acid treated. I haven't welded the truss in place yet as I'm going to paint the inside of the truss and top of the pumpkin first. Getting the frame hopefully Friday. I was off today and had big plans on the Blazer but stuff kept breaking. The leaf spring bushing did not want to come out. I was a great day non the less. I post a picture with the axle assembly painted.

it was worth the drive and cost. $700 for the blast, prime and top powder coat.

Builders Screen and Aluminum (BSA). I recommend them for sure.

 

Frame looks amazing. The truss will look great with the rest of the build.

 

Fun starts now.
