1999 Sandblazer Build
HOLD UP
....WTF... I just noticed I am also missing a spacer on links...
A BIG SHOUT OUT TO chevyriders for initially catching this .
AND...To newguy
As newguy pointed out Bushings are not in correct order.....WTF
I checked other years and they all have this spacer....(see pic below)
Is there a reason I don't...other than ..
SAY IT AINT SO...The shop forgot them...??

After looking into this all day, then taking a 5 hour Nap.
....It just dawned on me.. The above photos were taken between June and Nov..
I had the entire front end replaced December 20'th....
Ding ding..Ran down and snapped some pics....
The bushings and washers are correct now....
The only thing is bolts are upside down ..And the no spacer issue....
New pic below
I remember also they fired the guy that did my front end 2 wks after i bought it back in June..

I would say that the shop owes you a correctly installed set of end links or a bit of a refund. The link kits are $10.39 from Advance (less if you use a coupon code) and they come with everything needed, including the spacers. They are also very easy to install.
They owe me something that's for sure...
Had the shop turn my Torsion bars down 6 turns / 1-1/2 inches. which I think is stock height.
Not sure why they cranked them up but, Much better ride, not rough.

Thanx again for those RPO codes. Your 99 and my 96 are so similar that I would like permission to use your images (last page of this build). We even have the same rims! I like that Jeep & Ford Recovery club. If I get used to pullin with my little 3 wheel drive; I will be in that club!

Dark1, My blazer would have looked exactly like yours (except with the 2000 front end) when I first got it. I had those same wheels as well. I actually liked them but mine were in bad shape so I sold them off.
