not sure what year your truck is, but i'm gonna guess you're looking @ the '73 to '79 front end? 'cause the '67 to '72 is gonna be a major fab job.

even still, the '73 thru '79 ('80 being a on year only HL) won't be a bolt on anyways, different firewall/rain gutter. take a look @ Kyle's (swartlkk) garage, he has a '74 K5, you'll see how the hood comes all the way up to the windshield.

do-able, but not bolt on.

thanks for the reply, that porbably just saved me a fortune, but now i have onbe last question, i have a 91, would the earlier 80's grill work, seeing as how the front ends the same except the grill and headlights

from '81 and up they'll all bolt right up.

but you'll need to change the wiring (plugs) for the HL's, since the smaller quad lights on your '91 only have a 2-prong plug.

but i've gotta ask you, why would you want to change such a beautiful front end?

Honestly I do not know why i wanted to swap my grill. I am a huge fan of the old style chevy front ends and was going to convert mine but I guess if I want one i should just buy one. I never really looked at my front end as looking that great, but with a few new parts I guess it would look rather nice. Thanks for the reply, and I'll post pics soon.
