Wow that thing`s huge...

Did you consider to put in another angle on the bumper ends? I think it`s a little wide on the edges...

yes im cuttin the sides to a angle like the one showed before

Looks beastly. With the shackles and a paint job it'll look good. You going to mount any lights on it?

thanx i know its super nice :P i have the shackles waiting for the final day of fabrication to weld on i want to weld them as close to the mounting locations as possible also im not sure on lights right now i want to put some fogs in but ill have to use a hole saw since i didnt cut the holes on the cnc machine

Been looking for an aftermarket bumper for awhile and no one seems to make them. Looking forward to seeing your finished product. Any plans on a rear bumper to match?

no i havent had any plans on a rear bumper to match. This is all because i just dont have the money to buy another sheet of metal maybe in a month or two but if you want to fund it ill build it :P bahaha just saying xD

Thanks, for pointing me to your thread. Nice job, u gave me some ideas. I read the whole thread. What diameter steel did u use. 1/8 or 1/4??

How did u end up mounting on the frame rails? Did u drill the frame and weld in a nut to bolt it?

Opps sorry didnt see that 3/16 cool. Think I might go 1/4. But I love the idea

your welcome and thank you :P
there is already holes in the frame for the stock bumper so instead of using my 2 inch body pucks i just put the mounting holes 2 inches farther down than i would have with a stock blazer

1/4 = 2x OVER KILL!!!!!! even 3/16 is overkill they make offroad bumpers for jeeps out of 1/8th

(please watch your double posts just hit the edit button xD)
