That’s likely what I’ll do.

On a side note - I found this website Pioneer wired remote hack | JVDE

And built a wired remote for my pioneer navigation unit that I plan on sinking into the slanted portion of the center console... kinda like bmw I-drive.

I’ll post pictures when I have a chance.

And a customer of mine who’s car I have in my shop offered to buy my truck.

He saw my truck at the paint shop that I referred him and not only is having my paint replicated for his project car but fell in love with my blazer.

It was the easiest “no” I’ve ever said.

Sorry to hear about the PS pump. . .Mine's on it way out too. . Hoping it holds on for a while longer, but should prob just do it . . don't want to damage the new steering gear box.

Looking forward to your latest pics. . .

Always a nice compliment when someone stops to look at your work. . and offers to buy it. Lol I got flagged down on the road last weekend by someone wanting to look at my truck. . I think he wanted to make an offer too, but I also told him I wasn't interested in selling.

And I have the blazer back in my posession at my shop. I’ll upload some photos of it in the sunshine when I get to work.

Gotta replace the speed sensor, the ***** ain’t shifting (among other things)...

Now begins the long and tedious task of putting the interior back together and making sure all the wiring is good.

I have about 250 sq ft of sound deadener / heat insulation so this little truck should be as quiet as my daily driver when I’m done.

Ha!!! I didn’t have all the harnesses connected. No speedo, no tach, no shifting... all a single harness!!!

She lives!!!

Everything in reverse sounds good in theory... in practice, not so great.

But hey - I got a door back together with working window and lock and sound deadener.
