Your blazer is in beutiful shape , I wish mine was in this good of shape . Ha our blazers look cool anyways though.

Things i got done these pass few weeks

Im going to take the blazer for a test ride i wanna see the difference in the headlights with the relay harness i installed today

 

So you did get your lights in today , Awesome . I can't beleive how much snow you have had there . Your plow truck plows good , is your throttle cable not hooked up ? Sounds like shes just idling her way through the snow lol .

 

ya i got them in and yea there hooked up

I did not take a ride yet im waiting for the roads to get more snow ... =P

 

well I looked at the blazers 4wd

yesterday i wanted to take a ride in the snow before it melted but she would not engage
I went back later and she was engaging again just 4lo

today i looked at the encoder motor harness and it was fine
I hooked up a spare encoder motor i had and it was doing the same 4lo engages 4 hi would move a CM and stop

I think i need a new 4x4 module .....

any ways i went back outside and gave her a good bath
the paint on my brushguard came off with the salt
looks like imma be fixing that this spring



Oh i forgot to mention I found that cb antenna on the side of the road
the wire is broken but i think i could save it
Im going to be adding a cb this spring also

any ways shes dirty again after the drive home but way cleaner then before

 

Right on Gio, we will be doing similar mods lol.

I have to touch up my brushguard soon too because I helped a guy move his suv awhile ago. My brushguard came in contact with his bumper to help move him.

And I'm waiting to hook up my cb as well. So much going on, but I really should hook it up soon.

On another note, thanks for the diagram again. I tried to take a regular ratchet and loosen those bolts. They weren't having it. Even after some wd-40 lol. So I went to the freight and bought a breaker bar. Tomorrow is a match up for the ages. My 3/8 inch breaker bar versus those two big bolts haha. =P

 

Today i got some goodies in the mail

Leds and pcb boards
I just got them cut and tomorrow they will be painted

I painted the boards and placed the leds

IM currently putting masking tape on them so the leds stay in place when i solder them





we are currently sheetrocking my room so the projects might take a little longer then expected

so far my computer corner is finished 1st since this is where i spend most of my time


and we got some snow today =P 3 inches not much



EDIT: I think imma need glasses after the led project

And we haven't even seen 3 inches of snow this whole winter! 3 inches would close my classes for the day easily! Bring some of that snow down south! lol
