PJ, you know i have always looked at your sig pic of your ride going up the rocks but never noticed that there is a winch mounted under the bumper..
that is just plain ol cool, and looking at the post with your ride next to the
little truck thats when it just jumped out at me. that is just a great idea..

Ok, so breifly about the rear vibration, why would the drive shaft need to be balanced if it was the same one I was using and it wasn't vibrating before? The same for the U-joint?

The u-joint will have a wear pattern that it gets over time, when you lifted the rear, you increased the driveshaft/u-joint angle it is wearing in a new, wider pattern now.

With the lift shackles, you may not have the correct pinion angle, causing vibration.

al right lets pick at everyone knowledge here..
ZR2 axle 8.6" i think it a 2003 year, the u joint is different i think from a
non-ZR2 7.6" is there a way to use the yoke from the non zr2 axle on the zr2 axle?? or to get a u-joint with two end caps one size for the zr2 axle and two caps for the non zr2 axle...

It certainly does bring out the urge to caress it.

Did you get your u-joint and vibrations resolved?
