Really reminds of this kind of crap going on back in the '70s, put a Rolls Royce grill on a VW Beetle.

I agree with you AJ. Don't use car tips from Tommy Chong! It was funny when he did that to his yellow VW in "up in smoke". The 80's weren't any better with those awful looking fiero-ferrari body kits.
