Sweet work on that bumper! I like how the slides fit to the body/wheel flare. I'm guessing you're gonna brace the front to the frame too?

I've been trying to find a decent TIG that won't cost more than my car. LOL What kind of machine are you using?

I looked for over a year for a used TIG. I ended up buying a new Lincoln squarewave 175. It is doing everything I need from it. They are not cheap that is for sure. I wanted AC, DC, High Frequency and at least 150 amps. I went with a transformer machine instead of and off shore inverter (personal preference).

Yes, I plan on bracing the sides to the frame.

That's a serious piece of hardware! Is it water cooled? I'm probably not gonna have the cash for a transformer machine unless I find a deal on a used one.

Definitely want something with a pedal though.

Water cooled isn't worth it for a hobbyist like me. You have to keep the coolant clean, make sure it doesn't freeze, etc. The torch does get warm but that just means it is time for a break.

I just saw your rig complete with a full bottle used for $1300. I'm scrambling to put some cash together. LOL What's the duty cycle when you have it maxed out? Have you tested it out on AL yet?
