CCB (Commuting College Blazer)
Just bought a 2004 Blazer LS 4wd. 85k miles for $5300.
Things already done:
K&N Air Filter
1" T-Bar crank to level and stiffen ride (Had much sway, and 1/2" height difference from driver to passenger side as well)
Plasti-Dip: Lower bumper and Body side moldings (FADED)
Things to do:
Undercoat (Winter: Decide if paint or oil coating)
New Shocks?
New Tires (Winter: Decide stock size or slightly bigger)
Repaint Tailgate inside (Beginning to rust)
Transmission Fluid+Filter Change (Winter)
'Dip the Bow Tie (Faded)
Debadge
RollPan Bumper?
Mud Flaps?
Upgrade Radio (Currently Stock system)?
Floormats/Cargo Liner

Oh, I should probably explain the name. I'm going into my fourth year of school commuting from parents' residence ~45 miles round trip. Until I'm out of school, the blazer will remain mainly a pavement queen. Modifications/maintenance performed will be rather basic and boring.
However, I hope to document basic things along the way for the less knowledgeable! (*Disclaimer* I'm not saying I know a lot!)

Nothing wrong with being a "pavement queen".

Dipped the BowTie, thinking about doing all the chrome in the grille. Would appreciate some input on that idea.
Got new rubber, Goodyear Wrangler Radials 235/75r15 even though I had 235/70 on the door panel. not impressive except in Ohio a lot of Walmarts wont do this. Out the door for $415

Replaced the door hinge pins today, scratched some of the paint up. Should have taken the advice about taping the door where it passes the fender.
