I think I know where is the problem, but I don´t have enough time at the moment.

Today, I already finished my Underdrive Pulley.

It´s 25% smaller than the stock Pulley.

Aluminium bought at ebay

milled the outer diameter to 151mm and drilled the screw-holes

turned the rear side and then the front side

the finished Pulley

Did you do all that lathe and mill work by CNC or manually? Awesome build so far!

It´s measured and drafted it by myself.
Its all done by CNC-Machines, because the contour of the belt would be very hard to lathe by manual.
And the engraving wouldn´t be possible without "my" machines.

If it works good, I will take the drawing on this thread, so that everybody can manufacture it

I´m thinking about powder-coating, but i´m not sure about that, because it looks good now, too.

PC would look good. If you leave it clear like that, how would you protect it so it doesn't corrode? Or would you just polish it every couple weeks?

This is the reason, why i´m thinking abaout powder-coating. :-)
But I could paint it with clear rim varnish.
