I stopped being nervous about cutting holes in my car with my first car when I cut away half of the radiator support and fender to fit a big intercooler and oil cooler. So no, I`m not...
The snorkel will be completely finished before I cut a hole, so I can make sure I like it...

First I covered the car with foil and put everything where it`s supposed to be:
Then I covered it with PU foam:
When the foam has dried I`ll cut the rought form out of it and put fibreglas on...
Next update this afternoon...

This damn foam didn`t dry yesterday because it was so cold. So I let the car outside this night and this morning it was dried.
