Thanks...
That gauge is for offroad use. It`s a nice toy, but I won`t trust it blind. Nice story btw...
I`m not sure where to put the compressor, I`ll have a closer look tomorrow. Should be somewhere in the engine bay, driven by the serpentine belt...

Ive been debating doing a compressor in place of my a/c, or a second alternator for arc welding.

Good lord how did I miss this thread? Lol. Amazing build. Have you thought about running and A/C inverter to power a few odds and ends in your tent? c:

Nice tranny cooler. Make sure you run your hoses so it fills from the bottom. That way it doesn't foam your trans fluid and cook your tranny!
Oh, flare the ends where the hoses go on, and double clamp!

The cooler is in the feed line of the oem cooler, this makes sure the oil doesn`t get too cold and heats up quickly...
Today I finished the trans oil cooler. This is where i cut:
Finished install:
This is to keep the handle to the hilift:
First mockup with the mounts tacked in:
Finished:
Added a little security:
This is to let it glide smooth:
Things that can be removed without tools from the car are designated cargo, and you don`t have to get them inspected here. So, this is what I did:
The swingout fully loaded up:

Should work just fine, we`ve done it in several cars before...
High pressure would be for what the hose is rated: 1000psi

Hi,
now I got the tach working (it was the connector on the distributor), the speedo quit working. It just always stays at 200km/h...
Is there some sensor on the gearbox or transmission that could be broken?
