Default I'm too low! let's waste money!!!

I'm hoping to make this little guy a little nicer to look at and maaaybe a bit more power as a daily driver until I can afford to turn it into a pure toy.

Current its dropped 4" on blocks. And is literally useless outside of driving on smooth Florida roads. Potholes break my back and some if the bridges make it sound like the back end is going to drop out. It's hilarious. After replacing the fuel filter and plug wires it runs great minus a starter thats starting to die. Its time to do some paint and body work.

As it sits. Wheels I'm doing tomorrow. Paint for body hopefully this week. Black on black on black. 100% murdered out.

Wish me luck and hopefully I'm not a jerk and update the post.

Anyone in Florida wanna but some 2k front end conversion stuff? Lol

First thing is to dump the blocks and start cranking back up the torsion bars. That will get it back to stock. NO 4 wheel drive should ever be lowered. Why have one?

The OP's picture doesnt seem to be 4wd. Guess newguy is a better engineer than the ones at GM because they were stupid enough to design a Typhoon and Hurricane.

Thanks for bringing up 2 more lowered 4wd S platforms. @Newguy; why do you feel GM made a mistake here?

Really the question is why do you have 4x4 on your lowered vehicle, my answer is, for the ability to put the power to the ground and to get out of sticky situations and to get around better in snow. So, its for the same reasons really, we want to have power at all 4 wheels, we just dont plan on purposely hammering through mud holes and driving through deep ruts or over obstacles where ground clearance would be an issue. I will however say, 4 inches is way too low, 2 or 3 is ok and will still ride pretty decent but 4 is pretty much on the bump stops. I would jack that thing back up a couple for sure.

years ago I test drove a Jeep p/u that was lowered
By the time I got back to the dealership I was convinced that I never need to own a lowered vehicle
That IMO and like axxholes , everyone has one
