It's not the alignment. I had the same issue on mine. I picked up a set of similar rims with 3.5-4" BS from Craigslist for $100 and took them to a shop to get the tires switched. The lower BS made me rub the back side of the front fenders really bad so I had to put my stock rims back on. You may end up having to do some major fender surgery to get them to fit.
I've been thinking about picking up another set of rims with smaller BS but I'm nervous I'll have the same issue with only the T-Bars cranked and 31s.

That's a smart move. The truck looks good btw. Hopefully you can get everything resolved.

thanks man! i wish the ROTM was still runnin, i would love to enter. i ordered a pull and lock cable, to override/fix my 4x4 lol. so then i will post some better pics. i scored a sonoma hood for $40 from a friend of mine. im going to weld a funtional hood scoop on it and make it unique. im at a stand still right now. gotta pay some stuff off first lol.

Looks awesome! How much did you have to trim so the tires wouldn't rub the fenders?

a lot lol. i had to trim the outter fender, and prolly a quarter of the inner fender.
