You're making some decent progress on this! Very nice!

Yeah, I've found a lot of Dorman stuff, although its OEM replacement has various fitment issues. Your parking brake though, it seems to be one of the worst I've seen from them.

Cleaning up the garage a bit today I figured I'd throw the headlights on, just because.



It's looking more and more like a truck

Starting to look really good. I know what you mean by snow. I have had more than my share this year.wish I had a heated garage. I got a big ole pole barn with no heat..lol

Today I was able to get the steering components all hooked up, connect some grounds and wiring, and finished up installing the inner fender bolts using new u-nuts and bolts.

I'll just leave this here..











After we got the passlock system properly reset it started right up.








Bumper cover is just sitting in place, bumper isn't installed yet.

looks really good...seems like an awful lot of work for you to do especially if your gonna do an sas. i wish i could have found a zr2 when i was looking but they seem to be very few and far between around here and asking price is like 3k more on average witch seems a little much to me

after you get that running you should replace that POS garage door opener (garage door tech.) with a liftmaster ... lol

Got the rear brakes finished off over the weekend and yesterday was able to get it out of the garage and took it for a little drive down the street.

The sound is just the belt, switched it out after the video and everything sounds normal now.
