I noticed you took your top rack off.What did you do with the screw fasteners..You just temporary caulked them up?I want to take mine off ,since I never use the top rack at all.I think it looks a whole lot better withot the rack on anyway.But some people like to haul stuff on top.
I think he just put the bolts back in. That's what I did when I had it off for a while.

The bumper looks great man. What thickness of metal did you use?

Thanks. 3/16 for the shell. 1/4" for the mounts and structural pieces

Low Beams and new bumper LED's

Oncoming traffic view

They're bright enough that they'd be uncomfortable for oncoming traffic and I would probably get flashed but I don't think they're as bad as having the high beams on. I don't intend on driving with them on generally. Only if I really need to, I rarely use my high beams anyway. These new lights are more for those times where I get caught wheeling after dark.
