Ended up using some older dash kit pieces and some shims to make it fit. Looks pretty good for now.
Didn't get around to hooking up the backup camera yet.. Too hot.

Some side notes;

My old Kenwood head unit used the same wire harness as the new touch screen, luckily.
Plugged that right in, with the mic, a radio antenna extender, and sub/amp outs.
The double din bezel from a 99 Bravada worked perfectly.

When I get around to hooking up the backup camera, I will probably secure it with some metal strapping... Like used in the sticky.

Anywho, while at the man mall today, I found a 2000 trail blazer trim blazer... Had a near perfect interior with the charcoal and light gray two toned leather seats and panels. Even had the sweet floor mats that almost looked like weather tech ones.
Had to talk myself out of buying all the seats and such..

Took the plastic bumper cover off a Bravada, also. It appears I will have to buy the metal bumper underneath, or cut mine to make it fit. I'll have to trim a little bit of the plastic off the top, under the headlights, to make my Chevy grill fit on it. Now, just waiting till I find the "right" color..

Nice head unit. Is it touch screen as well? I'm interested in seeing the bumper when your finished.

Yeah, it's a touch screen. I will post some pics of it on later today.
I have some ideas for using the stock hoist hole in the bumper for the backup cam.
Only thing is, the camera video cable (both ends are male auxiliary type) that runs to the head unit has an extra wire coming off both ends. I will use a multimeter later and try to figure what they are..

Here's a few on shots. Couldn't be happier. I can upload images, so eventually I'll customize it even more so.
I will post some more pics tonight, watching a movie..

Nice addition. This will be the way for me to go, once I'm starting the restoration in 2 - 3 years maybe?

Ordered some new center caps for the camaro rims..after I broke an OEM cap I had found.

Out with the old..
... In with the new!

Just need to dremmel the little plastic tabs off so it fits flush.

Picked up this On Star cover thing last month. Cleaned it up since. Have to modify it a bit to make it fit.

Here's where I had to trim with a dremmel, and sand down.

This pic is from one similar, but I got lucky as the On Star was already removed from mine.

Here's after I removed it from the donor. I drilled out the plastic set screws along the top, then was able to pop the two on the side out with a flat head screwdriver and plyer.

Found a sweet 70's style Monte Carlo front parking light cover.... Was thinking about making it into a cargo light cover...
