wow...ive done both of these, expect i used duplicolor red on the bowtie and shot it with clear after and it looks amazing. i made my own led setup for my dome and florr lights. i just bought bright white leds of ebay with resistors and soldered them to a plastic board. just use a test light or a volt meter and chop off the pigtails and splice the new wires. sounds hard than it is

i agree with how easy the lights are.. the only problem i had was doing the trunk light. i ended up using a plastic pen tube that i chopped and then soldered 3 led lights in after supergluing the heck outta the tube. it looks great and is a subtle upgrade not many people notice until they open a door and go "wow, thats f***ing bright" haha.. its a nice easy upgrade.

Looks great man! By any chance do you have the Autozone Product Code? I've been looking for a white LED for the dome and there are Autozones all around me hahaha

Thanks, Pb. No, I don't have the product code, but I will look for the package. I should still have them because I put my old bulbs in them for keeping.

I guess this will be my build thread.
Also, I did a little mini project. I went ahead and took my crossbars off.
I went ahead and took the whole luggage rack off. It only took a few minutes.

Looks SO much better without it.
the sleeves. I did clean the crud up before I put them back on

Ugh, This was underneath one of the end pieces... Yummy!

Unfortunately, they were predicting rain, so I just went ahead and put the side rails back on. As it sits now.

Eventually, I want to replace all the bulbs, in my Blazer, with LEDs. I'm going to do all the interior lights in red. I'm starting with the map lights, to see how it looks, before I go all out. Since some of the other bulbs are the same and I found a pack of 10, on Amazon, I'm going to replace some others, too I'm still waiting for them to arrive, though.

By the way, Amazon is the cheapest way to go, and they have a lot of multi-packs, for dirt cheap.
