PJ, the only thing about your truck I don't love is the winch exposed on the front. Personally (if I had a winch) I'd like my truck to subtly hint about the winch hiding behind the front skirt, ready to come out and give a pull when my forward momentum has stopped.

Eventually I want to make a nice offroad bumper for the front that will hold the winch. But that might take a while lol

Quick update,

Rear end was slippin pretty bad so Went to the junk yard and got some 3.73 gears for the rear end and swapped them in. When I get paid in a few weeks Ill get the front end out the the truck that I got the rear out of.

Also a while ago I heard something about rough country selling just the diff drop hardwear. Anyone know the price of them?
Figure since I have the diff out I should put the drop in.
