I had that issue I had to take a long 2x4 and a short one on top and put in on top of the rocker and under the door and close it part way and pull up on the 2x4 to pry the door up. The side of the door with the hinges bends slowly over time and that’s the only way to adjust it’s the short 2x4 goes under the door behind the lip so u don’t bend it

Awesome. I'll try that out and see what happens. Hope it won't hurt the new pin bushings lol

I did not, as I just swapped them both out about a month or 2 ago. Only 1 bushing was damaged, the rest was fine. I did try to pry the door up a little, but I noticed that the upmost hole on the hinges is egged shaped, allowing the drop upon opening. So going to weld the hole up a bit, and then re drilling the hole.

What size are your tires? 235/70R15? I just got a lift so I am researching tires and sizes and from your pictures from where you take your rig and how you use it is how I'm looking to use mine.

So since I did the brakes last, the old rotors have caused uneven wear. So my mom got new rotors front and back, with new pads.

while doing the back, the passenger side ebrake had no pad, while the drivers side had to get hammered out. Of the old drum with some life left. So dad gave me the go ahead to get new pads for that and swap it out when I got the chance.

So as always, theres more work lol... sorry no pics of the work

Small update.

Fuel pump was causing a no start, was able to bang the tank to get the truck home.

Delphi pump came in yesterday, so dropped it off with the ebrakes to the mechanic. Although he hasn't gotten around to my zr2 axles, he will have time to get the jimmy done before the weekend.
