I wouldn't get my hopes up on the winch mount. The guy that makes them only does so in limited runs, of which the last batch he just finished up. No telling when he'll do another run as his job keeps him very busy (he makes these on the side).

With that said, if he makes another batch it is hands down one of the best mods you can do. Only other way to mount a winch to our blazers are a custom bumper or a Warn grill guard. I've got one and love it.

Good luck on your build and keep your head down over there. Afghan has gotten nasty lately and I don't envy you. I was in Iraq for '07 and it wasn't much fun, either.

 

now i'm thinking about adding another fuel tank so i would be able to carry an extra 19 gallons of fuel
