Don't cut coil springs... I ddnt know extremes came with 4 bangers...

Tom it's never gunna touch snow again if I can help it that's why I have the bravada.
Softly- I'm gunna just save up & do drop spindles & I didn't ethier I just wanted a 4cyl 5 speed s10 & to find one wih low miles & it's 1.5" lower from the factory well I couldn't turn that down lol.

We did 2" drop spindles and 1.5" coils - and rear blocks on my brother's. Nitro drop shocks stiffened it up a lot. I think he paid about 600 for the parts

Well my drop won't be for awhile. Don't have the cash for it right now.

Dont forget that you get twice the drop as you shorten the coil. Also you want to close the coil end. The spring gets a little stiffer when cut too. About ont third of a coil will be 1" drop. (if you go that way)

Not much to add right now. Currently working out the issue with the clutch not disengaging (yes I bleed it. 1-1/2 pts on new dot 3 to clean all the old crude out). So im gunna rip the trans out this weekend or the next. Ill keep ya posted.

Thanks bud. It sucks that such a simple thing could be in such a pita spot lol. I replaced the clutch & throw out bearing while the engine was out & didn't replace the slave becuase it looked damn near brand new. So I'm gunna see in the clutch pad is backwards or if he throw out is wrong or something otherwise might be replacing the slave & master cyl. Hoping the clutch is just backwards so I can kick my self but not have to spend any more money.
