so with this supercharger you won't have to rebuild the engine? seems pretty nice

Not with this kit. GM made this kit to run on stock internals. I have a friend that has been running this kit on his cav for 75,000 miles. Car has 190k and not a single problem. This kit was made for 2000+ 2.4L so what I need to do to make it work on a pre 2000 is, 2000 starter (smaller starter) few bucks at parts yard. Egr block off plate. A bigger fuel pump, which i already have and a fuel management unit. Also a wideband o2 sensor. Im going to be tuning with hp tuners. Thats if I can get my hands on this kit first. havent heard back from the seller yet.

Do you have the Quad 4, or Ecotec?
*edit* Looks like the Quad 4 is in there.

Wow, this Sunfire actually looks good. And I'm on board for the yellow lipped rims lol. As for the "eyelids" I saw you throw on, not a big fan. But if you like 'em, go right ahead! It's your car after all lol

Im with CBR on the chrome lip, but I like the yellow too. Very tastefully done, looks great!

the yellow lip would be
.
and those Supercharger kits make some sick power. i remember talking to a guy from GM @ Performance World the year the kit came out, they had a (heavily) tweaked one there that had dyno'd just under 900hp on Ultra94.
you definately need to keep us updated on what happens with that guy and the Supercharger.

are you going to get he universal lug pattern or are you going to get the pattern for your car? I think the universal ones don't look as nice
