Default pain in the but

i have a 98 s10 that i took the motor out of but i was not saving the truck so i just cut alot of stuff out of my way...now i am taking apart a 96 s10 blazer and i am struggling can someone help me...i have herd its easier to take the whole nose off the truck is that true? Any tips or pointers would be helpful

oh yea i am putting the 98 motor into the 96 truck...anything special need to be done

Most people I have seen take the whole front end off.

If your just takin the motor out just take fan houseing and the radearter out and it will come right out first make sure you unbolt the motor mounts lol. But as far as takin the whole nose off thats abserd once you take those two items out youll be amased at how much room you have. I just put a 02 motor in my 98 and I had to tap out a hole for the thing called a knock sencer and change the exhaust manifold to get rid of the EGR vavle and good ridinse to that little bugger the one I had was a problemmadic little thing maybe it was beginers luck but it wasnt that hard and these guys on the website are awsome bunch.anyother questions you have Ill do my best to anwser
