Try to find a 3" body lift and tell me what you come up with. Most bodylifts I've seen for 2nd gens are 2 inch. 1st gens are 3 inch available.

Yeah 3 inches requires you to make your own bumper brackets. Some people do this while others don't like the extra frame you see with the added inch. All personal preference and what you are capable of doing.

Hmm thanks for the input, I thought I've seen a 3" around but maybe it was for a first gen i saw...anyway I don't really want to make new bumper brackets haha so you guys are probably right about just 2"....are there any custom mods required with a 2"?

The 2 inch kit comes with everything you need. Only thing I had to pick up was some easy outs for the two body mounts above my rear axle.

Yeah go to Autozone or Advanced Auto Parts and ask them to read it or buy a OBD2 reader.

I'm not that sure. We don't have any of those around here but its worth a try. Not too sure how much they are. If you get a handheld tuner they can read them. I know the sct tune I have for my Mustang reads all fords so its been a good investment.

How'd the sound system turn out btw? And if you want a DTC reader, check out Amazon.com for some at like $25.
