During todays lunch break, i decided that i do not like the leather the last owner wrapped the dash in, very crappy job, so i tore it off to reveil a dash from the depths of hell. no problem tho im going to get it out this weekend and get all the goop off and repaint it black, also going to fix the cluster bulbs and do the chrome paint trick for brighter gauges. looking forward to this small project, should be fun, i thought i would post up a few pics of the dash, check out the number someone did to this thing.
left work yesterday and thought this looked nice.
So i got the dash off, was easier than i thought it would be.
then i found this under the dash, my fiance tells me i should put it back when im done, hehe
Lets hope this goo crap works, if it doesnt, ill try some nail polish remover, after that its sanding time.
anyone got an idea on what grit i should use on interior parts?
ill google it.. lol
Cheers!
