I dont know about where he lives but high compression fittings are illegal in NY on brakes .

 

oh I ment the fittings they sell at the auto parts ... its a female nipple that combines 2 brake lines ....

are those illegal also ?

I get mixed up between the high compression fittings and those .....

I'm not totally sure but I think thats a compression fitting also , does it use the brass sleeve to seal the joint ?

 

YUP it does to bad its so small i cant get a great picture of it

 

If it has the brass thing its a compression fitting .
