I got the Power Steering reseviour brack and the throttle cable bracket built.
I was also able to load a basic tune to it and fire her up again. Tune definitely need some work before it can be driven and i still need to build the supercharger cooling system.
Here is how i built the mounts for the power steering reservoir and the throttle bracket.
I just used some 3/16 steel from Lowes, cut the factory brackets and welded in what i needed.
I got the heat exchanger mounted up today. Not a great location, but the only place i could find to fit it.
Im going to give it a shot for now, but I may have to run a couple fans to keep it cool.
You'll need the fans. The inter-cooler won't do a very good job there because of it's orientation. You could try a louvered scoop to help deflect air into it. Just an idea here but have you given any thought to mounting the PS cooler low and mounting the inter-cooler where the PS cooler is? I think you'd be a lot happier with that setup. It would be more work, definitely. It will also be easily damaged where it is if a animal wanders in front of you or a wayward curb. Do yourself a favor and rethink this. I'm not trying to be a dick, it's a costly mistake in the making the way I see it. Good luck.

Not being a dick at all, i appreciate the input! i agree that this setup will definitely need fans at the very least and is not a good setup.
I though about moving my trans cooler and mounting the heat exchanger there, but its still too thick and wont fit. I think i may just go with a different size exchanger in the future and tuck it between the frame rails above where i currently have this one mounted.
I know it's not ideal but you could mount the inter-cooler in front of the radiator where the hood latch is (remove it) and use some other means of securing the hood. just out of curiosity, how tall and thick is the inter-cooler? You could also notch the back side of the grille too depending on how thick it is.
Well a sad day for me. I was working on idle tuning and heard what sounded like a belt slip squeal. My oil pressure dropped from 40psi at idle to 20psi with no explanation and now the engine has a tap that sounds deep in the motor. The only thing i can find is that the supercharger was pulling a ton of vacuum on the crankcase with the current PCV setup.
I'm going to drain the oil to check for glitter and it looks like i'm tearing at least the top end of this engine off to see whats going on. I'm hoping for something simple, but also thinking that squeal i head may have been a bearing and this bottom end might be smoked. If it is a bearing it could also just be a result of the previous life of this motor with a damaged camshaft finally catching up with me.
