Default rebuilding a 4.3

Hi,

I have a block that I got from a junkyard that had some damage to one of the bores (see pic) looks like it fell and hit on that corner. Can this be fixed? It's about .060 deep

Thanks in advance for any input

Seems I would talk to a reputable machine shop. It looks way to deep to bore out, but maybe they would have a way to fill it.
