Hi, can anyone help me, I'm trying to remove a 2001 xtreme automatic shifter **** on the floor, any easy ways to do it. thanks

 

They are mold injected on, so its one piece all the way to the threads at the bottom where it goes into the tranny.

go to the junkyard and get a shifter from an older 2nd Gen s10, put that on, the shift **** uscrews.
