Haha. Nice. Now that my wife is hooked on wheeling and hunting for her own 4x4 Blazer, maybe she will see things the same way.

if you're hunting Blazers, anything over .308 is over kill. Very light sheet metal. Stick to .223 or .270 IMHO

NOOOOOOB!!!!!! you said it not me...

Yes, the rear shackles push up your @$$ end over the springs and additional 2". o---``0
a torsion bar crank (t-bar) lifts just the front end 0``---o
so combine the two, +1.5-2" t-bar, +1.5-2" shackle and get +1.5-2" all around for $38 after s&h.
0`````0

*note 0 = tire `` or -- = body of Blazer
pretty sweet huh? but dont get greedy or you will start breaking things (i.e. +4.5" t-bar = buying new front end gear weekly...

Damn, I only have my trusty Glock 9mm. I do have a compound bow...Where are they the most vulnerable? I'm thinking if I can hit a ball joint I could wound one giving me time to land a finishing blow. Possibly to a spider injector. Or I could always find a sickly one, maybe with a dirty EGR valve. Those are easy to spot, the sounds of sputtering at idle and the owner cursing as he kicks the tire. I love the thrill of the hunt. =)

ought six is too heavy, you'll ruin the interior. only good if you are strickly a grille hunter *spits*

as for best spot, if your trying to bag a 2-gen 90% have busted 4WD, so just flush it from the open to slight-to-moderate terrain and you could probably just walk up and club it...

As farm as hunting with 9mm, you will probably just spray-n-pray any way so I'd just aim at the hood and empty the mag....

dude you are gonna open a can of worms here (in my name no less!)
search for yourself and come to your own conclusion, also if you have questions like this, AFTER searching, post in your own thread.

That being said the consensus is that 2" t-bar is the last safe maximum. Remember you are putting addition tension on a "spring" to force your vehicle over stock height. You can go over 2" all day long.
Some have, and reported that they are the exception to the rule. However the majority stick with 1.5" - 2" and play it safe. I suggest sticking with the crowd on this one unless you want to get intimate with your front suspension components P.S. most suggest an alignment after cranking (say with in a week or 2) . look into it, there are a few How-TOs, some step by steps, etc. you will have to lift, crank, drop, drive, measure, lather, rinse, repeat to get it spot on as well.

Aslo thank you for appreciating my l33t art skillz
