good eye kiwi, zee it looks like your driver side headlight isnt install properly into the core support. take your headlight out and make sure the tabs on the back of the headlight go into the 2 corresponding holes in your core support. just fyi, the tabs are located on the two "arms" on the back of the headlight.

I think a more simple font, maybe a Blazer emblem type font would look good, it's pretty busy with the lightning bolts around it.

A good example is Mike's font, nice, simple yet good looking.

Thanks guys...i will look around for that type of font or something more subtle....the lights s i see are installed properly. once i looked at the truck...both headlights are seated the same and both clips are on each headlight holding it in....how does it look like its not installed properly? everything looked fine to me.. thanks for the feedback

mikeinwi is THE headlight authority. he got me too. BTW the second sig looks good. I agree with oktain in that a chevy logo would fit nicely and break things up, without being out of place.

Just to give you an idea, if you like it i'd make you a better one of course... This one is the result of 5 minutes work on paint at work.

on the driver side light there looks to be a good sized gap between the bottom of the light and the grill. http://www.s10forum.com/forum/f199/9...how-to-171732/ << take a look at this its a step by step on how to install headlights correctly(with pictures)
