1st gen factory rims
Ok, Ive searched and havent found a thread addressing these. (not definitively)
I have the aluminum factory rims that have the rivets around the edge. They are oxidized and cloudy looking. They look uncoated. Most other blazers with these rims are pretty shiny (even the ones in the junkyard look better than mine) They arent pitted or anything. Ive tried every spray and polish I can find, probably got $70 worth of crap so far. Some work for a few minutes and go right back to being cloudy, others not at all. Oddly I got some grease on one and rubbed that off, Its the shiniest spot on any of the rims. Do I need to coat the whole thing in grease lol? What gives?
