cleanin a muddy engine

Default cleanin a muddy engine

wat is the best way to clean an engine and engine compartment after a day of muddin. i usually just spray it with degreaser and hose it down but it take forever. any tips

That is pretty much the way I'd do it. Using hot water helps.

A pressure washer can be used, but you should stay away from all electronics, electrical connections, and gasket areas.

Perfect solution: Simple Green
Thats the best stuff I've ever used for just getting off caked dirt and dried mud. Just have to get the majority off with warm water. Thats what we use on the company's vans and trucks. They get more mud in a good rainy week than the average Jeep does in a lifetime
