YES, I mentioned this in a post about Kyle buying his new to him Tahoe. But it seemed that nobody paid attention or cared.
I have seen it clear up old tail light lens, the plastic headlight covers. I have even seen it clean up paint off of clear coat from scraping a fence or post or another car. It also takes scratches out of clear coat.

Just put some on a clean rag & rub. It takes some elbow grease to get the job done. But it looks good when finished. You may rub some on & wipe it & reapply several times to get what you want. But it isn't course enough to damage the lens or paint. That is why you need to rub & reapply it.
