Default How do I clean plastic?

Hey guys, anyone here have luck cleaning the outside plastics? I have an 04 Blazer that I need help with-specifically the mirrors and wiper arms. I'm thinking about just painting the wiper arms, but I'm not sure what to do for the mirrors.

Default plastic parts

what exactly is wrong with the mirrors? faded? theres a Spray paint you can buy at auto part stores now for plastic parts...wipe it down with a prep sol grease remover and then just spray it.. make sure you wipe the plastic part good after wiping it with the prep sol, dont leave any on it, it will dry with the air but but wipe it well..

It's just getting discolored and looks like it has a film on it.

Is it a spray PAINT or a spray CLEANER? Do you know the name of it?

Try mothers back to black first, comes in a little red bottle, it works great on all plastics not just the black colored plastic. I'd be hesitant to just spraypaint them, Krylon fusion is great spraypaint for plastic but I'm not sure how it holds up to weather/if you pressure wash your truck.

It works good but of course you'll have to reapply every now and then, but for the 10 seconds it takes it's worth it if you're **** of that kind of stuff I have some in the basement never used it in awhile though.

I LOVE detaling my vehicles. So I'm definantly willing to reapply it every now and then.
